What Does a Care Assistant Do?
As a Care Assistant with Eden Brook Home Care, you will support individuals in their own homes with day-to-day tasks that help them stay independent and comfortable.
This may include:
Personal care
Support clients with personal care in a respectful and dignified way, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their own homes.
Meal Preparation
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support clients with eating and drinking, tailored to their preferences and routines.
Medication Support
Provide gentle reminders and support with prescribed medication, following care plans and clear guidance.
Companionship and Reassurance
Offer friendly conversation, emotional support, and reassurance, helping clients feel less isolated and more connected.
Household Tasks
Help with light household tasks such as tidying, laundry, or washing up to support a clean and comfortable home.
